The culture and rhythms that sit behind our work at Turian

Meaningful Compensation & Recognition

At Turian Labs, good work is seen and valued. Performance and contribution are reviewed annually, and a performance-linked bonus ensures that impact translates into tangible recognition. We believe reward should follow responsibility, effort, and outcomes.

Learning as a Way of Life

We expect our teammates to be learning machines’ curious, reflective, and always sharpening their thinking. Continuous learning is not a side activity here; it is the work. Regular in-house training sprints, peer-led sessions, and project debriefs help us deepen our craft in research, strategy, and foresight together.

Work–Life Balance, Thoughtfully Designed

We operate in a hybrid work model that respects both focus and flexibility. Our leave policy is generous by design:

  • 33 paid leaves per year, including

    • 21 days of annual leave

    • 12 public holidays

All full-time employees are covered under a ₹30 lakh Mediclaim policy, because peace of mind matters.

We provide everything you need to do your best work from laptops and essential tools to a fully stocked pantry with healthy options, fruits, and snacks available round the clock.

Beyond work, we make space for connection through regular team get-togethers and offsites that help us pause, reflect, and simply enjoy being together.
