Turian Labs worked with a global market leader in the lighting industry to broaden their opportunities by sharpening their portfolio according to the current lifestyle trends. The brand, which is a leader had a special focus on decorative home lighting. The project included narrowing down products from the current portfolio and giving CMFS (Color, Material, Finish, Styling) recommendation for new products for the near future applications.
The client had a large assortment of decorative lighting products in their portfolio but what concerned them was a low sales contribution per SKU for their offerings. Hence the core premise for this project was to enable them to curate a portfolio that matches well with the current trends in the market and the emerging consumer preferences.
